The San Francisco Marathon®

Since our first race in 1977, we’ve been driven by a simple mission: to build thriving running communities and inspire healthier, more active lives. In 2025, more than 33,000 runners registered to take part in our journey across the city by the bay.

TERMS & RETURNS

Products that have been altered, personalized, or otherwise customized to a user’s specifications (including but not limited to color, size, design, imprint, engraving, or uploaded artwork) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund for any reason other than manufacturing defects or damage occurring prior to delivery. By placing an order for a customized product, the customer acknowledges and agrees that such items are produced specifically for the customer and cannot be resold or repurposed. This exclusion applies regardless of whether the product has been used, as customization renders the item unique to the customer’s order. In the event of a confirmed defect, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

SHIPPING

On average, fulfillment takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques. Most orders are fulfilled quickly. In fact:

• Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days.
• More than 50% ship within 3 business days or fewer.
• You will receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering with your order number and details.
• When item(s) are shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
