Mac Miller's family has organized a benefit concert, "A Celebration of Life," to honor the late musician and support the newly launched Mac Miller Circles Fund (MMCF). The event, set for October 31 at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, will feature an impressive lineup of performers including Travis Scott, SZA, John Mayer, Chance the Rapper, Action Bronson, and more. Mac's mother, Karen Meyers, expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support they have received and highlighted Mac's legacy as a caring, loving individual. The concert's flyer was designed by Mac's brother, Miller McCormick.
Proceeds from the concert will be dedicated to MMCF, which aims to empower young people in underprivileged communities by providing them with creative resources and opportunities. The fund will be managed by Mac's estate, his family, an advisory board, and the 4 Strikes management team. Mac Miller's death on September 7 stunned the music world, just a month after he released his fifth studio album, "Swimming," which featured some of the concert's performers like Thundercat and John Mayer. John Mayer paid tribute to him, stating it was supposed to be Mac's year, reflecting the deep sense of loss felt by fans and fellow musicians alike.
