FAQ
Receive Digital Downloads
• When you join Fan.Fitness you will receive and can download digital media.
• You have an option to upload a personal photo or image into many of the images and videos.
Map Privacy Settings
• Once you register, your information will be added to the Fan.Fitness map, defaulting to "full private" by displaying no personal information.
• You have an option to edit your display preferences by clicking on ‘Profile’.
Funds Allocation Details
• When you tip, 50% of your tip will be donated to the Summer Altice Big Brothers & Sisters of Greater Los Angeles you selected to support.
• If you also choose to purchase merchandise or apparel, 80% of these additional funds will be distributed to Big Brothers & Sisters of Greater Los Angeles and 20% will be retained by Fan.Fitness.
• Each transaction is subject to a is 2.9% fee + $0.30 per transaction, both charged by the payment processor.

Fundraising FAQ
Referral & Earned Fundraising Gifts
• Gift items shown and stated can be changed to alternative gifts depending on availability
• Fan Fitness Celebrity Signature Line is limited to inventory availability
• Fundraisers can decline the gifts, and cost savings will be allocated to the cause they support.

Terms & Conditions
REGISTRANT ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR THE FAN.FITNESS GENERAL RELEASE, WAIVER AND INDEMNIFICATION
In consideration of acceptance, and participation in Fan.Fitness or any of its related activities, events, remote event, or in any membership events or activities, and or any training plans, clubs, teams programs or training information (together, “Fan.Fitness activities”), you on behalf of yourself and your spouse, partner, heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, successors, assigns and personal representatives, hereby (A) forever waive, release and give up all claims, damages, costs, expenses of any kind whatsoever and agree not to sue Fan.Fitness or any of its partners that assist with Fan.Fitness Activities, including but not limited to, Jumping Fences, Inc., Let’s Sweat, Inc., Motio.pro, Fan.Fitness and or any officer, director, employee, representative, agent, contractor or subcontractor or of any of the foregoing, and any ambassador, influencer, organizer, volunteer, volunteer organization, or co-participant of Fan.Fitness activities, with respect to any claim that may arise in connection with Fan.Fitness activities, including any and all claims of death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft and (B) indemnify and hold harmless the entities or persons mentioned herein from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of any of my actions during the Fan.Fitness activities.
Assumption of the Risk.
You acknowledge that Fan.Fitness activities can be an extreme test of a person’s physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, floods, rising water levels, mud slides, falling trees, weather, condition of athletes, equipment, vehicular traffic, actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials, and event monitors, and/or producers of the event, and lack of hydration. These risks are not only inherent to athletics, but are also present for volunteers and non-registered adults accompanying a registered minor. You hereby assume all of the risks of participating &/or volunteering in Fan.Fitness activities. You certify that you are physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation in Fan.Fitness activities and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person. You understand that Fan.Fitness activities can be dangerous activities, that no warranty is made concerning their safety or that of the locations. You assume all risks in connection with your participation in Fan.Fitness activities and related activities, including traveling to or from Fan.Fitness activities. You fully understand you are forever giving up, in advance, any right to sue or make any claim against the parties identified in the paragraph above, even though you do not know what or how extensive the injuries and/or damage you might experience, and you are voluntarily assuming the risk of such injuries and damages.
Accepting Changes to Fan.Fitness activities.
You understand that the dates, times and location (including the course routes) of Fan.Fitness activities are subject to change without advance notice. You understand that the event stated dates for Fan.Fitness activities may be changed one or more times for any reason after you have registered and that you will not be entitled to a refund.
Registration Cancellation.
You further understand that your registration fee is non-refundable even if the activity is canceled for any reason, including cancellation due to the threat of or acts of God, war, terrorism, weather (such as extreme heat or cold), disaster (such as fires, or smoke from fires; and or falling trees, and or mudslides; and or from floods or rising water levels), earthquake, government regulation/permitting (including applicable health and safety regulations) and/or for economic/financial reasons.

If you are registering third parties, you represent and warrant that you have been duly authorized to act as agent on behalf of such parties in registering for Fan.Fitness activities including registered or non registered runners who accompany minors. If you are a minor, then the undersigned parent/guardian gives permission to a designated MD, RN, EMT, Paramedic, or emergency service provider to provide you with medical attention in the case of an injury or medical problem during participation in Fan.Fitness activities. The parent/guardian signing below also agrees to all other terms herein on behalf of the minor including all unregistered runners accompanying minors.
Consent to Use and Sell Personal Information.
You agree to allow your name, photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by Fan.Fitness and its affiliates, producers, partners, sponsors, organizers and or assigns. A “legitimate” purpose for purposes herein shall include the use of your name, photo, video, film likeness or activities result information on Fan.Fitness website or other third party websites as well as our posting on the Fan.Fitness website of your activities results, including your name, activities distance, overall place, age division place, pace and other related race data information.
Miscellaneous.
You hereby consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident and or illness during Fan.Fitness activities. You hereby understand, agree and give your consent to be contacted and receive emails and/or SMS texts by and from our Charity Fundraising platform. This Participant Waiver and Release of Liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. You agree to abide by all of Fan.Fitness Rules, as outlined at https://Fan.Fitness. If you do not abide by these rules, then you understand you could be penalized including having your registration terminated.
